after i did a repair installation, i get many errors

- cannto copy and paste
- msconfig doesnt work
window media player says cannot perform operation low memory
-cannot open picture files
- internet explorer wont open new windows

it is not a virus coz the computer was working ok all the while until it hanged and i had to do a repair installation using the windows xp pro cd. and after that i get all these errors.

and i am using service pack 3
