im having problems with my computer . ok heres the deal its going nuts to begin with . i done done a anti virous check on it and its clear of virouses . but theres a problem i cant get into my old user account on my computer thus i cant access any programs . not control panel , not restore , no programs what so ever and i need helppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp pppppp
badly . i cant rember the user name nor the pass word . is there anyyyyyyyyyyyyyy thing i can do. im running windows xp pro .

How to log on to your Windows XP-based computer if you forget your password or if your password expires
