So I use a laptop, Dell Inspiron 2200 if that's of any importance, and the mouse is a touchpad. I think I might have deleted something I shouldn't have on accident, and it's made it so the scroll (which I do by moving my finger up, down, or across on the right side of the pad) doesn't work at all. The cursor's appearance doesn't change at all, either.

Anyone know how to fix this? It's happened to me before, like a year and a half ago, and I talked to a Dell representative. He had me download this program that made the scroll work again, but I don't remember what that program was and my Dell warranty thing expired about a year ago, so I don't know if I can still get free help from the dell website. :\
