hi, when runing XP i've noticed that as you add more favorites they no longer sort themselves alphabetically but by date.

i wonder if there is a way to 'reset' this so they organise themselves as i would like (alphabetically)

Did you try right-click and Sort by Name?

yes, it has no effect.

Try this please, click on the word Favorites rather than the favorites icon. Now right click on any one in the list and click Sort by name. Does this resolve your problem?

Well that is very strange.
for some reason it has started to respond to 'sort by name' :s
