i can easily log onto internet-choose my desired web address eg bank, which shows immediately but cannot get into website says internet explorer cannot display this page, ried everything-driving me mad. please help!!!

As a temporay fix you can down load and use this. Somebody else that knows IE better than me will get with you later.

Open Notepad then

Copy the Text below into the blank document then

Save the file as IEfix2.cmd (save as type "all files").

Save to your Desktop then Run the IEfix2.cmd file. Double click it.

Restart your machine.
