Hi

-If I open a page using IExplorer it always gives a msg

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

- another thing is if I try to convert a word file to .pdf it always end up with the following error
and the conversion is not completed

the instruction at "0x0045c9e5" referenced memory at "0x01e1ebdc". the memory could not be "read"

I don know if both of them are related. Plz help if anyone knows the reason.

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
