My windows wont start correctly. It directs me to a screen where its pretty much scrambled and keeps blinking!!! Does anyone know how to fix this??????

Have you tried hitting the F8 key an boot into last known good configuration. If it won;t boot into that boot into safe mode.

How do i startup into safe mode? When I turn the computer back on it goes back to the same screen. F8 didnt do anything for me.

Power off and before you get the windows splash screen keep tapping F8.

If you are saying the screen is scrambled the minute you turn on computer it might be a hardware or bios problem. Give make and model of computer and specs if possible.
