Welcome paurav, but Dude! Have some patience! 4 minutes is hardly enough time for any volunteer (which we all are) to respond, even if we are staring at the screen waiting for someone to post a question! As it is, we have our own lives and responsibilities to attend to, and we do this on our spare time. And please understand that "bumping" a post to get attention is considered poor forum etiquette - and that's everywhere, not just at D-A-L.

Now, to your problem - sadly, you told us nothing about your computer so that causes delays in fixing it while we wait for more information.

Is this a laptop or PC? What is the make and model of the computer or, if self-built, the motherboard?

What version of XP? Home? Pro? What SP level?

When did this start? Did the computer work fine before now? Was this all of a sudden?

Does it do this every time, or just sometimes?

Does the message have any error message information to it, such as a file, object, or program name?

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

And sorry, not sure if there is an English language issue, or text entry limitations, but your description of the problem is not clear - and with high-tech items like computers, this can lead to misunderstandings and possibly incorrect or harmful suggestions. So we need to be sure.

That said, the "60 second" countdown is typical of some common malware activity.

What anti-malware and security applications and hardware, if any, are you using?

I recommend a supplemental scan with Malwarebytes's Anti-Malware (MBAM), then post back with status and some information about your computer, and more detail about the problem.
