Hello everyone

Some years ago when I used Win98 I bought a programme which allowed me to move my programmes from place to place, and from HD to HD. I forget the name of it; but it not only migrated the whole programme, but also ensured that the registry was aware of where the programme now resided on my computer.

Is it possible to do this with WinXP please?

At first glance I would say no way.

You always have a choice during installation where to load the Program Files.

The relative Registry entries will always be on the System Root.
