Hi There,My First Visit.When I View my Installed Programmes all of the Dates are Incorrect as to
when I last used These Programmes.Some Say Used Rarely when in Fact I use Them Regularly.

If you mean what you see in the Control Panel, Add and Remove Software - well, that was a poorly designed interface IMO - and I would not worry about it. In many cases, what you see in Add and Remove Software is often the "Installer" for a program that you use frequently - and the installer was likely used once, a long time ago, and might be "touched" (with a new time stamp) if your program has been updated since then.
