at the moment to get email i click on start then programmes then outlook express to get emails, how do i get it as a desktop so its quicker please?

Right click Outlook Express Icon in Start menu drag to desktop release and select Copy here. After that you can if you wish drag that icon onto your Quick Launch bar so that it is available even when you are surfing etc.
