I turned on my computer and it was going normal then it went to this blue screen and was like doing something and deleting $1035 or something. then when i went to log in this message came up

c:\windows\system32\browseui.dll
installation diskette

And when it comes onto my desktop there is nothing there
only my wallpaper theres so toolbar at the bottom so i cant see
no start button i have to do everything through task manager i cant
get into my pictures my documents.

when i try to open my pictures it says

the application or DLL is not a valid windows image. c:\windows\system32\browseui.dll
please check this against your installation diskette.

Ive done system restore and reboot nothing works.
