can some one help,i seem to have a e mail which is jammed in system,it gets to 85% then fails to get any farther ,all other e mails are received ok ,it was perfect one minute then hey presto this.im using incredimail which i have never had any probs with

I do not know "Incredimail". Looks to be problematic. Similar to My Web Search.

Anyway if this were OE I'd say delete your inbox or outbox depending on where the problem is.

It will be recreated the next time you open OE albeit empty.

The file extension for 'Incredimail' is .IMC

Search for it.

If that fails and you really want to use this program reinstalling it would probably work as well.

I recommend email client like mozilla thunderbird... I used it here and I don't have any problem so far...

thanks to both who replied ,i went in to my virgin web mail and hey presto it had down loaded there so i just deleted it and it disapeared from incredimail thanks again
