Welcome to D-A-L.
Ensure your monitors video cable is properly inserted to the video out of your machine, and it's inserted fully. (I've seen video cables installed (forced on) upside down. (Rotated 180 Deg.) It is possible.)

I think it mite be something to do with my Video card, im not sure

If you're using a video card as opposed to onboard graphics, it's possible the card may have pulled slightly out of it's slot. Check to ensure it's fully seated all along the slot connector. Unplug the machine before working inside.

Nope my Monitor still isn't working
Got any more ideas?

"No Signal Input" indicates your monitor is receiving a power signal but no data signal.
If all was well before retrace your steps and reset all the connections again.
Use the 'thumb screws" on the DVI or VGA plugs. Check the DVI or VGA ports to ensure you did not bend any pins.
As Dan mentioned totally remove then reinsert your graphics card.
If the problem persists remove then reseat your RAM.
There was some connection here that was disconnected.
