I have this error everything i log in to windows

if anyone can help with this error massage.

Is this a new problem?

Any new software installed?

If new try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore


That .DLL is certainly not a Windows file.
