hi there. things are really just starting to go slow on my computer lately and i can't figure why. it's just taking longer than normal for basically any process. i have windows xp professional, i run AVG (free edition) and spybot tea timer all the time and do regular checks for viruses and such. if you have any suggestions or help to offer i thank you in advance.
