Unhappy media player format hekp please.

I have purchased a Titan media player and am trying to format it to FAT 32 as instructed. It comes with a FAT32 Format CD from FNET. when trying ti install it asks for a "CD KEY" which i dont have. The drive is a 160g SATA.I Tried using it at first in NTFS but it wont work so want to format in FAT 32. I have tried using "swissknife".

    Any help most welcome
    Thanks

Have you tried using Windows to format it?
    1. Connect it to your computer.
    2. Go into My Computer.
    3. Right-click on the drive.
    4. Select "Format".
    5. Select "FAT32"
    6. Click "Format" and wait (160GB will take some time).

    Hope I was some help.
