are my usb ports running in 2.0 or 1.1 ?

    are my usb ports running in 2.0 or 1.1 ?

    Suddenly when transferring data from my various usb devices I get the error message "this device could run faster if connected to a USB 2.0 port". But as far as I am aware mine all are. Is there a way I can Check ?. Also my transfers do seem slower.

    What is the make and model of the computer and or motherboard?
