Computer Freezes For Unknown Reason
Hi Dal,
I really need your help DAL. In 03/15/2008 my computer freezes while visiting this website http://piratebay.com (am not sure if this is really the reason why the computer crashes). I got a blue screen but i was not able to get the message that blue screen gave. I tried to reset the pc but it would not boot at all it would freeze on the windows xp loading screen which happen twice. 3rd time i reset the pc i would go to safe mode and be able to check on the event viewer and got this following errors (these are the number of times my pc got this problem).
The DHCP Client service depends on the NetBios over Tcpip service which failed to start because of the following error:

The DNS Client service depends on the TCP/IP Protocol Driver service which failed to start because of the following error:

The TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service depends on the AFD service which failed to start because of the following error:

The Apple Mobile Device service depends on the TCP/IP Protocol Driver service which failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
The Bonjour Service service depends on the TCP/IP Protocol Driver service which failed to start because of the following error:

The IPSEC Services service depends on the IPSEC driver service which failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Start Safe Mode again and choose System Restore to a point prior to your problem.

What do you was the cause of the problem?

I don't know. All those event viewers address your internet connection and if they were created while in safe mode that simply means your network drivers and services were not started in safe mode.
Did system restore work?
For the future you can turn off auto restart in order to view errors if they occur. This is described in this post:

I haven't done it yet... though have been in the internet for 6 hours now and the problem has not happen yet. I will try that if the problem happens again. THANKS AGAIN YOU HAVE A GREAT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^_^
