My Brother Has Just Got Another Computer. And The Problem He Has It Keeps On Displaying A Message Saying The Computer Has Found A Fault And It Has To Close Down It Does It All The Time Anyone Got Any Ideas

whats the specs of your brothers computer?

does he have anti-virus and spyware software installed?

i remember with my friends pc he installed windows with the internet plugged in etc with no antivirus installed and anti spyware installed and within a day he kept getting messages saying that the computer is shutting down in 30 seconds etc and gave a countdown - turned out to be a virus that had infected his windows.

only other thing i could think of is go into your eventviewer, and take a print screen of your event log (this shows the errors you have had in the past etc) and post it here for the moderators to see if it can help your further.

again this is not my line of work so it might not even have anything to do with that lol but im just trying to help anyway to try narrow out any virus/spyware problems.
