The log shows what your computer was doing when it crashed and most likely will place the blame somewhere.

    C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER9544.dir00\Mini 020608-01.dmp

If you are referring to the dump log post the whole thing.

Then if your Blue Screen is showing a Memory Dump do the following:

Go to start | Search | All files and folders and type in .dmp in the All or part of the file name: box.
Note the location of your .dmp files.
If no .dmp files check for minidump.
Remember this location and the path that leads to it.

    Then:

    1) Download and install the

    Debugging Tools from Microsoft

All you need do is download and install this. Make no attempt to start or run it.

    2) Download and install this

    debugwiz

This is a DOS based batch file that will command the above Microsoft Tools.

    3) Open the Wiz & Browse to, or paste in the path to, your .dmp file.

    4) After the Wiz creates a Text document post it back to your thread.

Please do not attach it or post in [code]: just plain text: thanks.

Dump files have this extension: .dmp

You type that into the box for typing into.

Your computer has already told you the file is here:

    C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER9544.dir00\Mini 020608-01.dmp

That is what Microsoft was having you send them.

    i searched for .dmp
    and i got the location

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson
    C:\WINDOWS\Minidump
    C:\Program Files\MUSICMATCH\MUSICMATCH Jukebox
    C:\New Folder\2nd desktop\ramesh\New Folder\Trillian\Crash Files

If no .dmp files check for minidump.
Remember this location and the path that leads to it.

    then i searched for minidump

    C:\WINDOWS

    what i'm doing is right??
