Hi there,
I recently came access a Trojan that affects only Internet Explorer (IE) and when I try and access My Computer/My Documents.

As soon as I access My Computer a message box appears that says: "Your computer was infected with an unknown Trojan. It is dangerous for your system (critical files can be lost).
Click OK to download the antispyware program to clean the system! (recommended)"

What should I do to get rid of this, I have ran AVG Anti-virus twice, it says it has deleted the Trojans, but when I try to access My Computer,My Documents or IE, that message box appears.
