    Win XP Pro stuck at loading splash screen then restarts

    Hi,
    Problem appeared yesterday.
    Here so u can see the problem...

    No new hardwares or driver installed in the last 2 months. I can access "Safe Mode".

    it all starts ok in safe mode, have you tried last know good configuration?

    yup...actually i used to fix this problem by going to safe mode then using "DustBuster" and "CCleaner" after that i restart and everything would be fine. But this time it didn't.

    what caused it to start doing this had you used any software for cleaning?

    have you the XP CD?

    It's just started happening for no reason :S
    Just one day i restarted my PC and "BAM" stuck
    yes i have the XP CD but even after reapair install the problem is still there, weird... I also did CHK DSK but still

    if it still happens after a repair it sound like it could be a hardware fault

    when in safe mode does everything work OK?

    it may sound a bit drastic but have you any way of removing data you'll need and doing a clean install?

    isn't there some kinda program that u can suggest, that helps to see whats exactly causing the restart or loop at the loading screen??

    BTW, I'm using "Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows Domain Controllers Only)" right now cuz it acts like the normal windows. I can still watch videos & listen to music on this mode compared to "Safe Mode". Just wanted u to know this cuz maybe it will help.
