i want to clean up my computer. its running slow and im thinking about formatting the hard drive then reinstalling windows. is there a program that can clean out my computer???? its not a virus, adware or spyware since i went through that whole process with NEAL in the spyware section of this site. also if i should wipe the hard drive how would i go about that. havent done it on a laptop before and just wondering the process since there are a lot of Toshiba installed programs. just want to make the comp faster. basically what it was 2 years ago!

Use the recovery disk or options supplied by Toshiba if you want to go back to factory new.

As far as a daily cleaner CCleaner is very good. (Make sure to de-select the Yahoo Toolbar add-on).

I don't know having never used ATF.
