can any advise please my computor screen keeps turning yelow and green it keeps changing colour

If this is a desktop machine with a monitor, the first thing to check is your monitor cable. Make sure it's fully seated and secured with the two screws so all pins are engaged.

If you have the means, try another (known good) monitor on the machine. If the problem persists, then your display adapter is suspect.
