When pc boots up get this nag at the beginning.... error loading
"WC1d4fof.dll"
Have not found this to be a legimitate DLL file. I have ran AdAware, Avg anti- spyware, avg antivirus, avg anti-rootkit, and trojan remover and all is clear. Can anyone help me get rid of this nag? Thanks in advance. PC seems to be working ok just having to use PCI audio card. Onboard audio not working.

Try AutoRuns:

They have a .DLL tab.

I did a Google search for;

WC1d4fof.dll
WC1d4f0f.dll
WCld4fof.dll
WCld4f0f.dll

and came up blank as well.

Have you looked in MSCONFIG for any (STARTUP) entries which may be tied to this?

Also try Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel to check startup registry keys for possible affiliations to this file.

Ran autorun.exe and found it. It did not give a name but was related to jvh507f2. deleted and that cleared the problem. Thanks for the help
