That's a system board, not a computer. Is it a home built system or is it a large OEM manufacturer like Dell or HP?

Try installing the latest drivers one at a time, see if that helps.

What is connected to your computer externally, via USB, Fire Wire or even Parallel?
What expansion cards are installed, PCI, PCI-E or AGP?

As a test, disconnect anything external then try a restart, see what happens.
