Well, not a new OS, it's still going to be windows, just a better version. I want to install Windows XP on my other computers because I want to put them all on the same network. But my PC has XP, and the other 2 have 98. Is it possible for me to format C:\ and install XP? or will that just result in the same problems i've read about before (having 2 OS's installed at the same time, where i'd have to make a decision to which one i wanted to use?). I haven't bought the XP OS yet and the one that came with my computer was stolen, so it doesn't matter if you reply right away. This is just for my information.
