Help! Windows starts and shuts down before user login
lately, when I have turned on my computer it starts up and when it begins to open the USER ACCOUNT WELCOME page it reboots and starts up again. To circumvent this problem I have continuously started the computer with using "last known good configuration". Any idea's what is wrong and how I can fix it?

Try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem.
start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Lately, I have been hearing a crashing sound, like the sound of a bomb exploding, on my computer. Any ideas?
Thanks

Is this the same computer as your other post:

Do you mean you hear this sound from inside your computer?
If so you can choose to open it up and do some work or else take it to a local shop.

yes, it is the same compute as the other post. thanks for the help. What do you think it is?

Please provide much more detail.
Both posts started out with: "Lately ..."
What happened lately? When was it OK?
Did you try a System Restore?
If the computer is making a loud noise it is either a bad fan or a bad hard drive. In either case you have the choice as I mentioned of going hands on or taking it to a shop.
This basically means opening the case and doing some work inside.
Anyway we don't have much to go on unless you describe in detail your problem.
If you hear bombs exploding you might want to consult local authorities.

So you can start in "Last Good" with no problem?
When do you hear sounds? All the time? On and Off?
Surely it is not like a BOMB! Can you describe it in a bit more detail?
Is it a clicking fan? Is it a grinding disk? Is it a stuttering grind? Is is constant? Is it variable? Where is it coming from? The front? The back?
etc.
