Dear DAL Community:

I recently found out that my internet streaming for online video (i.e. youtube.com) is been very slow and it is not the problem of the youtube server or any others but mine. A friend of mine with the same ISP provider as mine can watch the same youtube video I am watching faster and smoother, while I had to watch it pause by pause, I was wondering what kind of things is stopping or causing the problem of the streaming quality? perhaps a firewall or any other process? Is there a way to check what is causing this? and a way to solve it? Thank You

P.S. I tried SpeedBit Video Accelerator, NO works :/
