And thanks to everyone before I begin

I have a gateway labtop MX3228, I can't boot into windows it keeps taking me to a screen asking to state in safe mode, etc etc no matter what option I pick it just restarts, it also can go onto a recovery mode, however it is an older computer and I do not have the recovery discs, any solutions? (I believe that before it kept saying a winsys/32 error was the cause, but it does not say that anymore)
