Would be pleased of any advice. Recently have received about 50 or 60 emails a day of sexual content. Have been Blocking Sender. Is there anyway I can stop these at all.

Who is your e-mail provider? Your ISP.

They should have some filters in place. If not contact them.

If you are referring to internet providers such as Google or Yahoo etc. they have spam filters where you can report such mails.

Someone might have put your e-mail address on a porn list.
