I cannot print any of my emails. This problem started suddenly. If I try to print it showa the error:

"A Runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug?
Line:2020
Error:Unspecified error."

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
