Not sure if you can help but my machine has is running tediously slow! its probably something I've installed but need some help in identifying what it is?

what have you installed recently?

have you tried a system restore to before the problem started?

My computer has been like this for a while and cant really remember what i installed to make it go this slow! i have uninstalled a few programmes such as limewire and some poker apps which i thought may be causing it but no success!
