well once again one of the laptops i got had a vga problems, the problem is, i dont kno wut my graphic card is and i dont know what kind of program to download to fix it, if you can help me in someway to discover how i can know my graphics card im thnkful

If you can use the computer go to the Device Manager:

Right click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager then look under + Display adapters.
