Hi everyone I'm new here ,and I have 2 problems,

1 how to unstall windows xp I went to the add and remove and it's not listed there

2 my computer shuts done and restarts some time it has a blue screen
and says a bunch of stuff don't know all of it but something to do with system dump

Well, the usual method to "un-install" windows is to format your partition where Windows is currently installed. This means anything you have in the current installation (which you are "un-installing") will be gone, lost, deleted. (Personal files, pictures, email, address book, etc, etc.)

You can "turn off" the restart function (when Windows incurs errors), thereby giving you the opportunity to mark down the "errors incurred" for troubleshooting.

To do this, Right click on My Computer, and choose Properties. Click on Advanced. Then click on (Startup and Recovery) SETTINGS. Remove the check mark from the box for "Automatically restart".

Post what info is presented for those errors here, and maybe we can fix the errors and preclude a reinstallation.
