after doing a system restore my outlook will not send or recive, any help please
Start by checking your mail "Account Properties" in Outlook. Ensure the account name, servers, connection, etc are correct.
If all is well, check your Firewall settings to make sure Outlook is "authorized" to access the internet.
For the sake of future readers to this thread, and before I close it as "Resolved", could you post which of the two solutions worked for you?
