can i get the files i deleted back??
okey here is my problem. Well i have this program thats called uTorrent it's a downloading program...
well I've downloaded a lot of stuff.. and i have 100Gb of material on my computer.
And i were in uTorrent and i was going to delete out of the program the stuff that i wasn't seeding anymore..
and i accidentally pushed the keys shift+del instead of just pushing Del and 30Gb of material went out of my computer.
I was just going to take it out of uTorrent, but still have the files on my computer.
Well i was wondering can i restore the files on my computer so i get it back or at least a little bit of it?
i tried system restore but it does not restore the files that i deleted. Isn't there any whey i can restore these files?
please help me.
I'm really sad and angry at my self for pushing shift+del and i just want everything back =(

ohhh great.. i just ran a disk defragmenter because i was showing my sister how to do it.. and i just knew i shouldn't have done it... **** now i have ruined all chanses of getting that back... well thank you anywhay =D.. i know what to do if this happens again =) =*
