Turns out it was the RAM I've removed it and everything is running smooth.
Thanks HEAPS been having this problem for weeks!

When adding RAM it is important to get compatible RAM
Same speed and the same brand usually helps.
There are many sites that will scan your computer such as:

Thanks! Went there and found the right ram, turns out i need ddr nothing.

hello, wiketys bro here. Turns out the ram was a fluke. The correct ram arrived today and we are still experiencing all sorts of problems. It worked for a few hours after putting the ram, then all the symptons came back. Screen tearing/pixelating, random restarts on load up of programs and crashes of the games (rare).

Next suspect is heat.
Did you clean the computer? Was it dusty?
Are the fans all running OK?
Do you have any heat sensors on your CPU or GPU?
-
He's already cleaned it out, the fans seem to be OK. I think he can get a heat sensor from BIOS - his processor was around 45degrees (113fh)

Are we talking about the same computer as in this thread:

Intel® Desktop Board D845PESV

OK. First off I don't know why he wanted to upgrade the graphics card.
The 9600 is an AGP 8x card and that motherboard only runs at 4x.
Although the card works at 4x it is running at "half-speed" and also is running in a very "downgraded" condition.
This is a limitation of the motherboard as I pointed out in the other thread.
That motherboard can not run that card the way it should be run.
Was he ever able to play these games on this computer?
