    xp booting

Hi Guys, My niece has buggered up her PC. she doesn't know how shes done it but i am unable to get into windows. firstly it doesn't boot correctly, it goes straight to the safe mode choices, saying windows didn't close correctly. But the keyboard won't respond so i can't choose safe mode. The timer runs out and it TRIES to boot into windows before crashing and restarting.

I wanted to use her XP disk to repair it - but as a typical teenager she can't find it. (she's got disks for printers she no-longer has - but no XP disk). I have my own XP disk but i am unsure if i can use mine to repair hers..?? Does anyone know if i can do this?

I also know where i can get boot disks in floppy media - but i don't have a floppy drive in my machine to make them... Does anyone know how i can make a bootable cd to boot into windows so i can check for any viruses..??

    Thanks
