I have recently intalled new software from my new Internet Provider....Now, whenever I go to look at video which is downloaded from that IP website all I get is a multicoloured 'negative look' type of video. The sound is fine and I can see a picture of sorts but it is not pleasant to look at. I have contacted the 'HELPDESK' which was a complete waste of time as all they could tell me was that it is my fault and nothing to do with their software. If I play a video through windows media it has the same effect on some video but not all. Mainly on video that I am looking at on line!!!!!! Is there something that I have done or not done to make this happen. Pleeeeeeeeease Help. I am a complete novice so any adivce would be welcome as I am ready to blast my PC into orbit
