My daughter all of a sudden us getting a message every few minutes that the server is busy. It goes on to say that "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "switch to" to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

Before this started, all the desktop icons turned a different color. Any ideas?

What is she doing when the error occurs?

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
