OK, Thanks, I will ask around at work and find out if anyone there has one, if not, i am sure if i take the PS into the Summit Direct (Store I go to for PC parts) they will test it there, as i am a frequent customer
I'll try to keep things posted

Alright, Sorry it been awhile since last post on this topic, been busy with other things and had to put the pc on the back burner, finally got some time to play with it today... and still not much progress, but getting different errors.
So far i have replaced the Mobo, PSU, RAM, HD, Mouse, Keyboard, Graphics card, CPU, DVD ROM, and now my problem is that i cant get XP Home or Pro to install on this machine. Preferably i want home to go on it as thats what i have a genuine CDKEY for, but i was playing around with copies of PRO just to see if it would install, but it would make it past setup, and unless i use a SP2 of XP, it wont see the new 320GB Sata2 drive, the one copy doesnt even detect a Hard drive. So heres whats running now in pc
Seagate 320 GB SATA2 HD
ASrock 4core dual s775
Intel Pentium Dual-Core 1.8GHz processor
1x1GB DDR2 533MHz RAM (Have 2 sticks but just using 1 for moment)
Lite-on Litescribe DVD+/- Burner
New 400W PSU with SATA Power adapter
GeForce 550 256 MB AGP8x graphics card
I also used the Mobo disk to use their drivers for SATA2 HD, however that doesnt seem to help anybit.
Open to any thoughts at the moment.

Ok, Good news,
The new system is up and running smoothly now, turns out the problem with all the replacement part turned out to be a bad stick of brand new DDR2 RAM. So for confusion sakes, please close this thread and i may start a new one for the "original" PC, as i put it back together and its now not doing much, wont boot past BIOS, but thats gonna be for another time, want to get new system all setup.
Thanks for help.
