Cool File Automation - How to?

Hi guys, how are you, long time no see.

I would like to know how can I schedule to run a file every 15 minutes or so.

I'm not talking about using a shorcut or hotkey to run a file manually but I want a file to run automatically after every 15 minutes.

The file I want to run is an internet shortcut to my website so it's a .url file extention. Is there an easy to use application which can do this?

    Thanks!

If you just want your sites to get hits or want it to keep refeshing i suggest using ReloadEvery you need firefox to use this:
    Download Firefox
    http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

    Download Reload every:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1151

    About Reload every:

Reloads web pages every so many seconds or minutes. The function is accessible via the context menu (menu you get when you right click on a web page) or via a drop down menu on the reload button ...

When I click on the link to download the addon it goes to a sandbox addon called "cars1106 Toolbar".

Just google "Reload every add on" and you will be supplied with a link.

Take " " Quotation marks off.
