After xp is being loaded, I find the message:

Error loading

C:\WINDOWS\system32\winsys16_061230.dll

Access is denied.

Why does this happen?


Please help me in solving my problem. Iam frustrated.

A dialogue box appears on my screen with the message:

Runtime error at 13142501

Windows xp has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


When I click close button, my system gets frozen after which I have to restart it.

Why did this happen?

Iam very much disturbed. Please help me in this regard.
