each time i download i e i cant open it all i have on desktop is i e set up which goes through b installation process again. also pop up blocker isd# enabled in mozilla but still get pop ups i am new to cimps. hope you can help thanks.

I'd say Start>Programs

its not there. help

IE is implemented into Windows, so it couldn't disappear.
Search your computer for:
iexplore.exe
file.

Right click on the Desktop then select Properties and the Desktop tab. From there, click on Customize Desktop. Under the General tab, check Internet Explorer, then OK your way out. IE should now be on your desktop.
