hi people can some one please help me with this problem...when i click on the hard disk drive in mycomputer it opens in new window which is so annoying to work when it keep adding windows...i formated my Csystem) drive and reinstalled widows but when i reboot and click on other drives still the same,nothing has changed..pls help.
it is not the open(O) problem which was previously discussed in this form.

Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View

Un-check the option:

Launch folder windows in a separate process

it still didn't help and it is already uncheck.i tried evrything in folder options.nothing is working.i think this is virus which changes the windows registry settings,can you suggest something to that.how can i make it open in a same window using registry...
