When I log off secondary User account PC Crashes !!

    Hi,
I've created my wife an account on my PC, if I switch user (leave my account running) and she logs onto her account, when she logs off it starts logging of, shows the saving account settings screen then the screen goes totally black, Black Screen of Death !!! (not Blue !!)
the only thing I can do is shut down is to power off on the power switch !!!
    Any ideas ??
One thing I have noticed is when she logs in the system tool bar at bottom right of screen, there is no ATI icon !
In my account this is there as I have Catylyst Control center running.
is the graphics card causing the PC to crash when she logs out ??

Thanks in advance for any help >>
    Gaz

Is her account Administrator or Limited?

    Is this Home or Pro?

Are you using "Fast User Switching"?

Thanks, but I dont think its virus or spyware related.
But I will try spybot although I have ZoneAlarm security suite running at all times and run regular scans.

Check your Event Viewer via Administrative Tools.

Open the System as well as Application tabs and look for red X errors that coincide with your problem. Details here:

Basic information on Event Viewer errors can be found here: EventID.Net
