No Tool Bar or Start Menu

I have just recently put Kaspersky onto my computer. It was running great until all of a sudden my tool bar and start menu has disappeared. I did the whole ctrl-alt-delete and typed in explorer and it did nothing. Did my Kaspersky delete my windows???? If so how do I get it back on???

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

In order to start System Restore from the Task Manager or at a Run... or Command Prompt type:

    %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

if that does not work then press windows key+pause/break this will bring up system properties and you can get to system restore from there

Just to add Task Manager can be opened by pressing:

    Ctrl+Alt+Delete

    Or else try Safe Mode.

Hopefully you will lose your problem.

It will remove any programs you have installed since the point.

It will not remove any data.
