I had gotten a virus, which messed up something in the system so accessing my control panel, it wont let me due to a run32.dll-run32dll.exe file missing if some1 could help with this issue it would be a great thx from me. The virus had been deleted which probably took the files with it.

Try running sfc /scannow

start > Run... > sfc /scannow

You will probably be asked to insert your XP CD.

This is the System File Checker. It checks and will replace missing system files using the CD.

i did a windows repair and it fixed the problem for me so gud luck
